Bill, that's the perfect question!  I'm here to find out what you need and what, beyond the tools that already exists, to do your work more effectively.  Those companies that you named are doing some amazing things with data.  My team is working on complimentary tools that we hope will make the life of a property investor more efficient and profitable.
