Does anyone have first-hand knowledge of the rental property market in Saint George, Grenada. It has a reputed medical school, it is a popular Caribbean vacation spot too. I am wondering if it is a profitable market for rental property investment. Will appreciate any response, thanks.

If you can please share any experience dealing with international properties, investing in rental properties? Destinations like Italy there must be fire sales. Greece was super cheap but recovered later. Panama is a hot destination, I would think now is a good time to start to look at such properties.

One thing that attracts me is the low property tax in some of these destinations.

If anyone can share their experience will appreciate much!
