Hey Jim, you might be able to dial 311. That is Philadelphias main hub line, I've reported abandoned cars in front of my property and unfortunately had no luck with the city removing it, I think the violations just stack up. Might be worth a try calling them!

I’m looking to do some driving for dollars tomorrow and in the near future. I have several blank agreement to assign contract for sale and purchase sheets, I have a few questions maybe someone can help me out with. By the way, I’m in the state of PA. Does the agreement to assign contracts need to be notorized in order to be a binding legal document? Also any other things I should get to legally bind the agreement? Maybe a photo of the drivers lisence? Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Hey everyone, my name is Mike and I'm looking to start investing in a few rentals in the Norristown Pa area. I'm looking for off market muliti-family or single family homes.  Is there any wholesalers or in the local area? Also does anyone have any rentals in the area?? Good place to get some rentals?

Good afternoon, my names Mike I’m 26 years old, new to the BP forum and fairly new to the real estate investing community. 2 years ago I purchased my first single family home in a great neighborhood for an okay deal and have been doing small rehab while living in the home. As I’m slowly acquiring equity in my home, I’m looking to generate some passive income from buying houses in the 2k-30k range in the Philadelphia and surrounding area that need complete rehab, fixing by contractor and selling or renting out. Any advise would be appreciated! I’m trying to learn as much as I can before making my 1/ (2) deal!

I’d be interested in attending! I’m new to real estate investing and would love to learn as much as i can before getting my first deal!
