Thanks for your reply guys.  Would you say maybe investing with others instead of buying RE?  I have heard both good and bad on that..

I was wondering, I'd like to start to buy some RE but I was wondering how easy it is to get money?  How much do you typically put down? I hear it is easier to get private money?  What is the best way to grow?  I know banks can be harder to get money from...  I can put 10-20% down but I just would need to get financing for the rest of the amount.  What is the best way to go about growing RE?

Thanks!

Hey, @Johnny Quilenderino could I PM you to ask you a couple questions?  Thanks!

It seems as far as personal accounts go the banks that are only online pay a lot better as far as interest and also they seem to have better service i.e 24/7 customer care.  I have all of my money in banks that are only online and I use a big bank to put in cash deposits that I then transfer up to the online banks.  The two online companies I use are Ally and Discover. Both great and have a great website to do banking. Both great but I am not sure that they offer business accounts.

@Jason D.   Thank you for the clarification.  That is good to know as well.

@Mike McCarthy  Cool.  I am just looking at different options to see what I can do.

@Jason D. I mean like a bank but it is similar?

@Jason D.  Okay.  But I could get a Freddie Mac Loan for less down then a conventional loan right?

I know you can only buy up to a 4 unit place with a FHA loan but I was wondering, could you get a Freddie Mac Loan and go beyond the 4 unit limit of an FHA loan? I thought they had a lower down payment then a conventional bank but I could be wrong.
