I just wanted to stop in here and say hello and introduce myself. I am a new investor in the Greater Milwaukee area and am interested in networking. I am interested in wholesaling (in the process of acquiring my real estate license) and tax delinquent properties. Any advice for this newbie just starting out? I am so excited to have found Bigger Pockets and look forward to learning as much as I can on here.
