Anyone have a few years experience with investing in any of the larger Multi-family funds (e.g. Cardone Capital, crowdfunding, etc)?  What kind of Total Returns have you experienced?

I am seeking a Partner who likes the hands-on approach (...literally on-site as the lead renovations specialist).  This position will also provide some maintenance at our current rental properties.  Compensation is very competitive and negotiable.  Message me for more details.

We are based in the northern part of Metro Atlanta seeking to fill a Salary+Bonus position for Contractor/Maintenance Associate. If you, or if you know someone searching, are really good at a lot of the core areas of residential rehabbing and maintenance, then message me for details.

Hi Lucius, I have a new contact (that I have not used yet).  He is based in Roswell but told me he has worked in the city for another Investor.  I will send you a colleague request and we can PM.

Based on that amount of partial payment, my approach is to start over with eviction showing the new Balance Due.  If she has funds to attempt a partial payment again, then you can make the decision (based on the amount she pays) as to whether to refund that partial payment with a written notice (preferably with proof of delivery) that partial payments will not be accepted and that any payment should be paid to the Court (which they hold in escrow for the hearing).  Good luck.
