I'm still new to the real estate market. I'm seeking real estate investors to work with in my area. 

I'm FINALLY ready to jump in and make a change in not only my life but also my family. Real estate to me is not just about the money. It's about investing in your future, the future of your family, creating financial freedom, peace, security, stability. I'm nervous to start because it's all new to me however I know I can do it. It's always been in me since I was younger. I've always had a business mindset.

 Hey!! I'm so late to replying back to this post. How's the real estate investing going? I'm currently back in Louisville, KY. I was in the process of getting my license however I'm more interested in investing. I just wanted to have a license to feel like I accomplished something. What's the keyword alert?

Hello everyone. 

I'm new to REI. I need help on starting out. I'm also looking to connect with those in my area. My goal is to buy my first house to flip within the next year. I watch a lot of flip shows on TLC and I can't wait to join the party. For me it seems fun. So if anyone got any tips and is willing to help me try out my wings, I'm ready.

Is good credit recommended on flipping houses? If so, where should my credit range? 

I have no money so I'm looking for someone who is willing to go in on a deal with me and we split the profits. 

My future goal is to make a business out of selling, buying, flipping, and renting property. I want to be successful so I can quit my day job and persue my life long dream. Although I'm currently in Miami, I also plan to buy property in my hometown back in Louisville, KY. By that time, my business will be running smooth and I'll have the money to go back and forth.

Hello @Tyler Bodi. Nice to meet you. Currently I'm looking at Miami to invest because that where I reside. Now that you mention that, maybe sometime in the future I would consider Louisville. Once the money start flowing, I can "afford," to go back and forth.

I don't have any type of background in real estate. When I say I'm a newbie, I'm a NEWBIE. I'm currently working on a contractor position at Cardinal Health. My goals in real estate is to become a successful investment realtor. I want to flip houses, rent, and sale. I know this isn't going to be easy but I got the drive to want to learn. I came across bigger pocket last year by doing research on websites that help ones in the real estate industry. I'm anxious to get started but I'm overwhelmed.
