For a quick and easy website especially if you are on godaddy all you need to do is buy the name, add a hosting package on to it during checkout. Then use their automated wordpress install. Then just download a wordpress theme, you actually just search for "real estate wordpress theme". Everything is point and click editable. It's not hard at all. It will get you close enough without having to pay for a web developer. The themes come with pictures and everything and you can slap your own logo in it too.

I am a freelancer on upwork too. There are a lot of good folks on there, but like every where else there are bad apples. Make sure there is a clear scope of work, some folks will only do hourly which is fine, but just cap it at X hours with deliverables.

@Azeez K. Thanks for your input. Having trouble seeing the details in the pictures as it won't let me enlarge when I click. What website did that come from?

Surprised that you haven't gotten a referral yet on this. Maybe you did privately. I'd bet if you post to the GAREIA email list you would get one in an hour. If you get any i'd love to add them to my team list as well.

I am seeing a lot of properties for sale in Decatur area, lots of multifamilies too. It seems like every week i see a few more. Is there something going on in that area that everyone is cashing out? I look at some the deals and they seem good, but with so many i feel like I might not know something about the area. What are your thoughts?

I use IFTTT as well and it works great. Instant e-mails when something appears that meets your criteria. You can use it to automate other sites in a similar fashion.

@Derek Patch Sorry. My local REIA has a deal where you get 2% back Bi-Annually for being a member and getting a pro account. That said, I did a test and if you put your credit card into the pro site it will automatically track your purchases and assign the 2% cash back. In addition while at the payment terminal if you select "pro" and enter a phone number associated with the pro account you can assign a job name to keep organized. This has been helpful, thanks all!

When I pay with a card, that is registered with the HD pro account, will I automatically get the 2% and it log my purchases in the tracker tool?
