I'd be happy to see what I can to help you find properties you are interested in.

I don't send inventory lists, as I typically have buyers ready to buy when I get a home under contract, because I already knew they would be interested in that type of property.

So, if you wouldn't mind, tell me the types of properties you would be interested in, and I can the try and find them for you, or at least let you know when I come across one you are interested in.

Example: SFD, 3BR, 2 BA, min 1600 sq ft, $100k-200k, in this county/town & state.

The properties I deal with are bank-owned, and typically not on the market. I deal directly with the banks or their holding companies.
