I can help you with a cash out refi - I can help with DSCR or traditional lending. I am local. Office is in Glastonbury and I live in West Hartford. Please let me know if you would like to meet in person. Michael Shea - Total Mortgage

Would love to stay in the loop.  When you have approved lots LMK - I can help with construction financing so you dont need to build on spec

Hello - My name is Michael Shea and I am new to Bigger Pockets but a 10 year veteran in the industry. I work for Total Mortgage in CT. Total Mortgage lends in most states; we have been the #1 lender for 4 years in a row in CT. I am looking to connect with investors who are looking for fix and flip, DSCR, and bridge loans. I have worked with investors on multi family homes and apartment buildings up to 24 units. Hope everyone is doing well today - lets make 2024 a great year for everyone !! NMLS 1041696

I agree with KO ... Cash out Conventional refi if the numbers work. If you can't go Fannie / Freddie i would use a DSCR Cash out. Regarding the land you have I would recommend a ground up construction loan. Land is not worth much without anything on it; I would stay away from tiny homes, and RV Parks. Financing is not easy to come by for tiny homes and RV parks and your cash out options down the road will be very limited. Best to build something that has value that you can borrow against in the future.
