Cyrpress Park and North East LA are really growing as communities, you factor in location with cheaper prices you can see a new influx of a younger hipper crowd. I can definitely see Cypress Park and all of NELA blowing up in a few years.

Hi @Xavier Wharton I'm a Realtor not a loan officer but there are definitely programs to assist first time home buyers. If you're interested you can always talk to a Loan Officer or a Realtor.

Hey Tyler Stamets personally in this economy I would rent it out. I used to work at Disneyland while I was in college and there is a huge rental market out in Anaheim especially close to Disneyland. Like  Brandon said paying off that mortgage and getting cash flow seems to be the best way.

I know I've been considering getting a website of my own. I've been doing pretty good as an agent right now but maybe a website would be the next step in getting more clients.
