Hey @Jimmy Lieu , thank you for reaching out! What entry point do you usually do business in?

Do you acquire properties on top of being a realtor?

@Remington Lyman thank you very much for the warm welcome!

@Nick Belsky thank you Nick, I would love to speak about non conventional avenues. I am also a lender, with Chase Bank, but want to expand my knowledge on hard money and private financing options. I am not sure when and how each option makes sense. Maybe I can even pick up some tips on how to be a better loan officer as well.

@Samuel Diouf thank you! I recently became a member of the Greater Dayton Real Estate Investment Association. I also am in the industry already so I have a few regular networking groups and events that I attend. Just got with some really brilliant young guys in the area that have invited me to join a group. Trying to get myself out there but I know this is a really special community to be a part of. Maybe we can connect sometime, I would definitely be interested in expanding East after I get my feet wet here in Dayton. We’re only an hour apart.

@Savannah Holzer yes, looking to invest in Dayton. I am most interested in buy and hold. Looking to cash flow on low entry homes in some pretty nice neighborhoods close to where I grew up. I am open to anything that someone can make, make sense to me. What strategy do you practice mostly? Any advice?

It’s an exciting time go learn, understand, and practice real estate estate investing. I have the passion and am looking for those who are willing to share the wisdom.
