Like I literally have EVERYTHING I need to so a successful flip

But somethings holding me back from making

the call. I seen a FSBO sign in front of

POTENTIAL seller home and didnt bite at it.

Can anyone give me some advice as far as breaking down the wall ? I dont know why im so intimated

by success/failure...

Trying To find out the simplest/easiest way to find Property leads to wholesale. In the Las Vegas Market. Especially Absentee List & Probate list.

Go to local RE meetups

download eventbrites & look up free real estae seminars

Try using youtube if funds are low.

Or get im contact with other wholesalers im town.

Its not many of em in las vegas but they’re here.
