Hi, I’m interested in building a 2,200 sq ft home in Houston, TX 77004. I was wondering on any tips I could receive to help me maximize profit on whether I should hire a contractor or just hire subs and manage the project myself? Also if anyone know some investors friendly contractors let me know please.
