@Marcus Auerbach

Thank you for the feedback. I am looking for an internship or to be an assistant and if u have any suggestions on where I could start I’d gladly appreciate it.

@Nathaniel Green

Thank you for the feedback. So if I wanted to expand my knowledge and network in investing in real estate what would u say is the best first step many should do ??

@Nathaniel Green

The reason I want a real estate license is so I can get an internship or be an assistant to other agents that have more experience and get in on how they go about there days and how they look for deals and to learn more about real estate while potentially expanding my network and knowledge. I've also read that being able to get into the MLS is a great tool to use to find property deals and get access to real time data. I am currently 20 years old and a Wisconsin native and am simply looking to expand my knowledge and network by working with other investors/agents.

If u have any feedback I’d appreciate it thanks.

@Corina Eufinger thank you for the feedback will look at WRA (:

@Jacci Konkle thank you I will look into that !

Does anyone have any recommendations on an online course I can take to get my real estate license in the state of Wisconsin ?? Any feedback will help thanks

Thank you for the feed back !

Is a virtual brokerage the way to go if I want to shy away from the monthly desk fees, franchise fees ect. ???

@Timothy Lewis

I appreciate the feed back & it seems like to me that there are both good and bad things that come when obtaining the license so I will have to keep that in mind when approaching it.

Another thing is when obtaining the license is it possible to be in real estate brokerage that doesn’t required me to pay fees such as monthly desk fees, franchise fees. Would it only be virtual brokerages that offer that?

Is a real estate license a requirement when wanting to be a real estate investor?

Would it be beneficial if so ?
