I live in North Georgia (Buford) and this week I close on a HELOC with almost $100k. There are so many niches to Real Estate that I get lost on where to begin. Everything sounds great and terrifying at the same time. I recently bought the Biggerpockets book "How to Invest in Real Estate" and all it did was motivate me and give me more options. So now I'm waiting/searching for the right opportunity

I live in Suwanee, GA just 5 min from Lake Lanier.  The area is gorgeous and this home looks like a work of art. I'm new to Bigger Pockets (and real estate investing). I plan to get started in new construction in north Ga. Just wanted to say say great job.
