Hey BP Family,

Lot land: 5,329 sqft

Price: $25k

I saw this Land for sale by owner in my neighborhood located in Greer, SC, 7min walking distance to Downtown Greer, Across the street from the LOT the city approved a plan for nearly 400 rental units on old victor mill plant site this will change the whole look of Downtown Greer. I'm really thinking about purchase the LOT and building a single family home 3bedroom/2baths. What do you guys think ? should I go for it or ?

Thank you for your reply @Scott Morris, I did some research and there used to be a 2bedroom/1bathroom built on that lot but the house caught on fire and never got built back up.
