2015 is starting with a new project!

We have started to evaluate and develop a project in the city of Lagos - Algarve - Portugal. The project is based on 3 major ideas: quality, luxury and exclusivity. 

This post want's more than promoting a project, to evaluate response to possible investors. Please, feel free to question me, and do any suggestion you may want. The key factors for this project are settled, and we want to have our return quickly, so we offer to investors the possibility to profit 75% in 3 to 4 years. The whole project will be audited, fully, for investors safety, by one of the top 4 worldwide auditing companies. This company will answer to investors only.

The project is developed in Meia-praia, and is located 350m away from the sand of the magical beach of Meia-Praia, 1km away from one of the most famous Golf Courses in the Algarve - Palmares, and 2km away from the Lagos marina. 

Lagos, is the city from where the Portuguese navigators have initiated their discoveries, so it is also a place loaded of history and historical places and monuments.

The project has 42 exclusive villas with plots over 1.000 sq m and with 3 or 4 bedrooms (to be chosen by the investor), large terraces overlooking the sea, and top class finishes. Each house will have a swimming-pool and the development will have over 17.000 sq m of area to built tennis courts, common swimming-pool, restaurant, facilities and management.

Me and my company will start the project in Lagos - Algarve - Portugal, of developing a unique 45 villas condom, 500m away from the sea. It will be our major project til 2019! My resilience brought me here and will take me all the way long!
