Hello, I'm fairly new to BP and real estate in general. I'm wondering where would be good places to go to maybe find a mentor? Also I'm still trying to figure out how is it I can help my mentor so he can help me learn the ropes... I am very skillful in many things, I just can't come up with any ideas that I will be able to help my mentor.

Hi, I am new to biggerpockets and real estate investing as a whole, although I do take notes and watch tons of videos on tips. I'm wondering how hard and if its worth getting a mentor... and some different ways I can help the mentor in order for them to show me the ropes. Im quite skillfull in a couple things but I still am not sure how i can provide a service for them.

Hi,

Im wondering if it is easier to borrow money  from one lender and pay it back or borrow from multiple lenders and pay them back. Ofc the multiple lenders would have a smaller interest rate and a limited amount of funds.

Hello, I'm wondering which person is the best and simplest to work with when working on a rehab. A sub contractor, a general contractor, or project manager?
