Hello OC Fam from BP!

Before you call the cops, this is a metaphorical question to buying now or waiting for the market.

I'm a small fish trying to understand when is the best time to buy, and as history has its economic depression (eg: '07-'08) I find myself wondering if I should save up all the money I have from a 9-5 job or start the buy-and-hold strategy?

SFH is a choice to start the journey transitioning to MF properties later on.

But what are your thoughts? past experiences? would love to hear other peoples opinions.

Good day to you all!

Thank you Henri, I'm dedicating all my free time on RE and I'll also keep in mind on accountability! It is very important.

Greetings BP Community! My name is Miguel and I'm 24, I've finally decided to start taking action. I'm from LA (Orange County) and I know deep down in my core that I want to be an Investor that wants to deal with  Multi-family properties and help people rent out a decent place in exchange get a small amount of profit every month.

I would like to ask the BP community if there is anyone who is on the same journey as me.

Just looking to get started.
