Wow, so much to read, podcasts are awesome, I'm using the app now. I feel like a whole new world is open in front of me here.

Last year I bought a 2/2 duplex in a cheap area of Jacksonville usin the equity of my house. Took me a while to rehab but I have tenants in and my property manager is doing very good so far.

Now I took another loan and I looking for another house under 30K.

When you guys think is a good idea to open a corporation to get properties out of my personal name? Talking about liability and taxes. After several houses or right away?

Hi

I consider myself a starter. I own my house and from the equity I bought a cheap rental property. Now I'm looking for another one. I think I like the idea.

I'm happy to be part of this community learning from all of you.
