Hey @Aaron Kim , in my kind of newbie opinion, you have to learn a lot from this, know how to run numbers to see if it's a good deal or not, get connections and network, and then start looking for properties, it's a long process but it will be worthy. I hope this help.

Hello BP family!! Some investor came to me telling me that they want to purchase a complex that is just built or not finished yet, is it true that the developers are selling as soon as they fill them out till break even ratio? Do you think it's a good deal?

Hello Bp family, I was in a meeting couple days ago, someone said that anyone can find a list or inventory of multifamily properties in your area or county, in the city clerk? I haven't been able to find it!! Is this true? Anyone know something taht can tell me where to find it? Thank you
