Does anyone know of any banks that will do a 90% to 100% Home Equity Line Of Credit?. I'm trying to have the most access to my equity$$ as possible. For example I have this property in mind 3bdr , 1 restroom , 1100sqft two story , lot size 6000sqft. Some repairs have been done Asking price 65k repairs cost $20k ARV 120k to 130k I want to Buy Repair Refinance . Any opinions for this example?? Thanks

On a Heloc would the amount of line of credit be based on equity only or income and equity?

I have a FHA loan , how can I remove the PMI and get a Heloc ? I have 100k in equity , when I apply for a heloc do they give you 80% of a equity loan automatically or give you a % of the equity loan that you qualify for based on your income ?

Looking for advice I'm a newbie! I will be doing some work my self. I see a few residential lots for sale from 20k to 50k , homes around the area range from 140k to 200. Is it worth building for profit on this lots?
I been having two or three seasonal jobs for a few years. Now I only have one seasonal job as a volunteer wild land firefighter. I have about 100k in equity in my home. I'm trying to BRRR in California and I have a friend to back me up 30 to 40k. Can I get a Heloc with a seasonal 16k job ??? Ideas???
