@Nate Shields - did the team move back to their previous brokerage because of a slow down in listings and sales? Could you please elaborate on why they may have left?

I'm also wondering if you noticed it be more difficult to gain listings / closings because of eXp. I'm not sure how clients view them and if they would rather contact another agent that has the listing as well.

How does the recruiting aspect work with eXp and do many people go out to recruit? Is it becoming easier or more difficult to recruit others onto the eXp platform?

@Marian Huish - Have you seen a slow down in the number of listing and / or closing you have got since you joined eXp?

I'm not sure how clients feel about a brand they are not familiar with...

What are your thoughts on eXp?

  • The brokerage seems to be growing rapidly;  can this be sustained in the long run with very little brand recognition amongst customers (compared to a Keller Williams, REMAX, Coldwell Banker etc.)?
  • They appear to have high turnover rates, is the turnover predominantly with new agents or experienced agents?
  • Are entire teams shifting over to eXp and staying or do they end up leaving?

Would love to hear your thoughts and experiences with current or ex-eXp agents!
