Hi Bernard,

I was just watching BP YouTube "#ASKBP 005", and I heard Brandon saying there is a system called PAY NEAR ME and your tenant can go to Seven Eleven with cash to PAY RENT.  I am not sure if this is feasible now or not because this is from 2015.  Just I heard so I wanted to let you know.

I think Kenosha WI which is boarder of Illinois and Wisconsin, lot of people from Illinois moving to that area.  They have a big development going on and there is a big market, Woodland there and Wisconsin, has no food tax so on the weekend they are packed with people from Illinois. (I am away from there for two years so if I give you wrong message sorry!)  Also comparison to the housing price in Illinois, Wisconsin is much better and Kenosha is becoming a kinda part of Chicago I think.

@Christina Labowicz

Hi Christina,

Thank you for your wonderful reply. Yes I stopped over at Point Loma and I got up like 4:30 am because of time difference from Chicago. And strolled over around that area. Lot of fishermen were already out there and talked with people and I really had a good feeling about it. In 3-6 months I am planning to come back there to check things out. Meanwhile I am going to analyze from here. I am very new to this. But I will try in my lunch time. Thanks again.

@Salvador Marin

Thanks you for your advice. There must be a lot of sharks in San Diego. I am planning to move out from Chicago and look for some other city to live and start business. That was my original idea.
