Thanks for the advice guys I really appreciate your help.. So I guess my next step is to find a partner that is willing to work with someone new to wholesaling.

Thanks John for your advice. I figured that the process to aquire an REO was difficult.. I guess going out and finding motivated sellers is the quickest and most stress free way

Thanks Jackeline and Ryan.. I am in Naples Fl. I have found a couple abandoned homes in my neighborhood but finding the owner seems really difficult. I understand that starting off with REO's wouldn't be a great way to start off but i thought maybe it would be as difficult.. quick question should I just concentrate on finding home owners that are in distressed situations?

Hello I am new to the idea of wholesaling and real estate. I have been searching around my neighborhood and found a few REO properties close to me. my question is can I successfully wholesale any of these properties with out having a LLC and if so what steps should i take to to get started?
