Topic: Selling new construction to buyers

In the course of my career, I have sold resale.

Is anyone familiar with the process of selling new construction? I am blank on the steps. If you have any tips on financing or resources (links), please share.

Also, when there is new construction, do you meet with the front office and introduce yourself?

Do any of you have good hard money bank referrals based out of LA, Orange, or Riverside?

Also, what do you need to qualify for a hard money loan and what are the lender requirements when finding an investment property? Does the lender require an appraisal contingent upon approval? Also, if you have any tools/SOPs feel free to share.

I am slowly getting into selling manufactured/mobile homes in a lease land or owned land.

Can anyone walk me through the process (from start to finish) and documentation (CAR and legal forms) when closing out a deal as a listing agent and buyer's agent? Also, what are the typical commissions, costs, parties involved, etc?

I am a CA licensed realtor without prior experience selling mobile/manufactured homes. 

What is the process/documentation to sell a mobile/manufactured home that is fixed and not fixed to the land? If it is a land lease. Can anyone walk me through the process and C. A. R forms required? Lending requirements, inspections, lender contacts, etc. Your feedback is greatly appreciated.
