I am investing in flips and buy and holds (SFR and sm. multi) - and have been researching both in and out-of-state. Ideally, I'd like to work on a flip near Folsom/Sacramento with help before completely branching off on my own here, locally. I would love to combine forces in order to acquire, renovate, and sell a property with another investor that is looking for the same. I look forward to hearing from you soon!

Hi BP community. I'm pretty new to investing and just received the OK on money to buy my first investment property (woot, woot!). The loan specifies: ESTIMATED SETTLEMENT CHARGES, ESTIMATED DETAILS OF TRANSACTION, ESTIMATED PREPAID ESCROWS, and ESTIMATED SCHEDULED PAYMENT. What questions should I be asking that are not included? I would be grateful for any help!

Hi. My name is Michelle and I'm pretty new to BP. I'm jumping into the real estate world with one primary property in hand but would love to shadow someone that has experience in buy/hold/rental or flipping in order to start building my portfolio. I have done a ton of research, self-education and actually sold real estate (seems like a life-time ago) before becoming a teacher. I would ideally love to partner with someone either locally (Northern California) or in out-of-state purchases (I've been looking in FL and AL but am open to other areas too). I am happy to help you when/where I can - I have a great resume!
