thanks for all the responses! Where are you finding houses so far below market? The Inventory is so low it seems impossible to find anything on the mls

I am flipping a condo that will sell for about $230k.  Any thoughts on reglazing bathroom tiles and also luxury vinyl floors for the first floor? I’m trying to keep costs

The market is so low with inventory that even the homes that need work are going at top dollar.  I could do some of the labor to save money but I want it to be fast.  The investor is a friend and willing to do multiple flips at a time.  I have great contractors that can do the work.  I would love to take advantage of the opportunity presented..Just not sure how to jump in! 

Hi all, I need some advice from all of you! I am real estate agent and have a friend that is willing to front 100% cash and repair cost, I do all the work and we split profits.  

I have found a condo for $165K, had contractors out all repairs will be $30k, finished sale price will be $230k.  All the work is going to be contracted out.  We can get in before closing to start demo and be finished in 30days.  

Should I do this?
