As an out of state rental owner for 5 years now, I have learned a ton!!  I absolutely ask tons of questions about systems and processes.  Price does matter as well, though.

Hi there.  I'd like to hear from investors who have used a PM in OKC.  Who do you like?  Dislike?  Who places great tenants?

I love the philosophy of Mid-South in Memphis.  They charge a little less, have the place be a little nicer, and raise the rents minimally from year to year.  They have a very LONG average stay.  I am looking for a management company like that, with really top notch screening and treatment of tenants in OKC.

Any recommendations?  Current PM has placed two duds in a row--both needed eviciton and left the place trashed.  I want someone that actually talks to the previous landlord and hears how they left the place!

Anyone have a great option for me??
