Post: Cleveland Eviction Attorney Recommendations

100% agree with George. I went with Progressive Urban Property Management and they were frustratingly useless. Now I am over 10k behind in backed rent. When I called them on it and became the squeaky wheel, they dropped me as a client before I had a chance to get another PM in place. Now I am facing eviction on 3 out of 4 of my tenants which could have been prevented if they did their job.

I'm also looking for eviction services. Please let me know if anyone has any recommendations.

Quote from @Rhyan Talley:

Yes I can assist you I’m a PM in Cleveland that’s actually lives in the city with boots on the ground!

Do you have a email so we can schedule a time to talk!?

Hi Rhyan, great! What company are you with?

Hi Ryan,
I contacted 5 PMs last night, and we’ll see if they get back to me. I am in contact with one other, but I’d like to interview several before I make a decision. I’ll keep you posted!
Let me know what you find out!

Does anyone have any recommendations for a property manager in Cleveland that is out of state investor friendly?

Hi Robin, thanks for your reply! I have about 350,000 in liquid cash, and I owe 220,000 on the house… so I’d put aside 280,000 ish for that. At the moment my investments have dropped well below the 9.75% for the loan. The plan at the moment is to sell upon completion, depending on the equity.
I would like to invest in more real estate, but holding out for a bit.
Since the build is in Florida and I’m in Ca., is there an advantage to having a lender for each stage of the draws?

Hello! I have purchased one of Rent to Retirement’s new builds in Cape Coral Florida. It is estimated to take about a year at 9.75%. Is it better to take out the construction loan or pay cash?

Hello BPcommunity!

As a new investor, I’m curious what

the opinion is on the rent to retirement new builds in Cape Coral. Any insight is greatly appreciated!
