I'm still pretty early on in my journey as a real estate in New Jersey. Come to find out I didn't pick the right Broker. Don't get me wrong my Broker is a fantastic person but she can't provide me what I need as a NEW agent. I was looking into other brokerages and I can across Redfin. I get that Redfin does not use the traditional methods.

I was looking into the Associates Agent jobs and seems like a good start to start with. I just want to hear other people's experiences and see if it's worth it ? If so how long is their process ?

@Natalie Schanne, thank you for the advise. Ill definitely check out the other forums. My broker has introduced me to some of the other agents. Maybe Ill try to break the ice with them.

Hey people,

I am a new real estate agent. I just got my license registered. I was hoping to know if there are any new agents in the area of North Bergen looking to connect. You don't have to be new, just looking for people to connect with over a cup of coffee. I don't want to feel alone in this and would very much like to build relationships with others on the same boat. Or if you know any real estate clubs or groups that I can join don't be afraid to pass it over.

Thank you, I'll definitely look into it.

Hello,

I'm new to real estate in general. I passed my NJ license 2 weeks ago but at the moment I'm not sure if I want to live in NJ and start real estate there or move to Texas and start over there. I know some states allow for you to skip the education requirements and let you take the test, is Texas one of those states ?

If not, what are the best schools online for the education requirements?

What city in Texas is the best to start this career path ? Is Texas one of the states that are over populated with agents? I have so many questions and don't know who to ask.
