@Grant Cardone, glad to connect with you here too. My husband and I did GrowthCon this year and he is doing the Licensee program, while I do the Mentorship program. We are learning so much and have been seeing the shift in our mindsets. 10X!!!!

It's easy to use if you only have one unit but will also scale up with your portfolio if needed. Rent collection is great as you can automate everything (including reminder emails, late fees, etc). and the reporting and accounting side of things is thorough (ability to integrate bank feeds, create reports, give access to your CPA, etc). 

Most property management software options offer a free trial so you can at least try them out first.

Does anyone use Landlord Studio for rent collection and property management? I am just getting started with my first single family rental.
