It's easy to use if you only have one unit but will also scale up with your portfolio if needed. Rent collection is great as you can automate everything (including reminder emails, late fees, etc). and the reporting and accounting side of things is thorough (ability to integrate bank feeds, create reports, give access to your CPA, etc). 

Most property management software options offer a free trial so you can at least try them out first.

Thank you so much. I will check those two out. I like the free option very much, I don't want my tenants to have to pay to pay me.
