Hi All, I've tried to search for posts on apartment buildings in fayetville but don't see too many recent ones. Has anyone been buying multi families in fayetville and seeing decent cash flow? I've noticed that the supply has been super low.

Also is fayetville a good area for multi fam investing or would you say that single fam's work out more profitable in the end?

If you can recommend decent areas and also advise on areas I should stay away from, I would appreciate it! Thank you.

@Krystle Khoo are you still using them and content with their service?

Hi All, I wanted to know if you all had any leads on apartment buildings for sale in Fayetville. What are the cap rates you guys are seeing with multifamily in Fayetville? Any Commercial broker recommendations? Thank you!

@Engelo Rumora @Adam A. wondering what your thoughts on investing in commercial property (apartment buildings 6+ units) in Toledo? This is something I've been considering as an out of stater.

I am from NY and looking to invest in the Washington Local area of Toledo. I am looking at Single families and commercial buildings. However, the lack of property management seems to be a big issue.

Has anyone out of state been successful in Toledo with a solid property manager? I've read through old threads where people have asked this question but people generally say that it's hard to find a good one. Has anything changed?!

If you have a good recommendation for property managers (who don't squeeze every bit of profit out of me) and contractors, I will be grateful! Thank you

@Elenis Camargo Sorry for the late response. Yes I am looking for a HELOC as well on non owner occupied. Do you have to be affiliated with the military to use PenFed?

@Elenis Camargo did you find a bank to work with?

@Account Closed do you have a contact at key bank that you can share? thanks

@Account Closed can you inbox me the details? Thanks!
