Thanks all, this was very helpful!

Hi All

I would love advice on what I should do. I currently rent in the Bronx and want to move into a single family home with my daughter and husband. I would also like to invest in an area where the multifamily homes are about 50k. I also have 10k in debt. I am expecting 10k from my job and I have 10k in 401k. What and how would you do it?

Hello All! I have been curious about what to do if I find a deal that already has tenants. What if I can't view the units or screen my own tenants? Would you still buy the place? How would anyone handle this situation? Any advice is appreciated.  Thanks

Ok, thanks for the advice.

Hello Everyone

I have had a couple things on my mind that are preventing me from moving forward in my wholesale business. I live in NYC and I want to wholesale in Orange, Dutchess, and Westchester, Bronx counties. I also got my real estate agent salesperson license in July 2015, but I feel like it is actually holding me back. I am not active with a broker, and want to focus as an investor only. My questions are, is it illegal to collect wholesaler fees while having a license? Will it be considered a net listing? Also, how should I present myself to sellers since I need to disclose I am a licensed agent? Finally, I would like to know how having my license could benefit me, are there any brokers that cater to investor agents which will grant me MLS access? Any answers will be much appreciated. Thanks!

Hi All

I am excited to begin my new venture as a wholesaler. I would like to network and get an idea of how this business works.
