Hi Izzi,

If you've done your due diligence, jump in--once you've made the offer, get a respected/recommended inspector, and go with them to take a look at the property. You will learn from every experience, good or bad. Don't get stuck in "analysis paralysis." Good luck and keep us posted!

Hi everyone!  I've been listening to the podcasts for several months now, as my husband and I are expanding our portfolio and trying to decide on what to do next--whether we should continue with short-term/vacation rentals or move into the long-term rental market.  We live in Austin, TX, but also have a property in Maine.  Looking forward to learning from you all!
