I have seen quite a few forums here on out of state Turnkey property investment. Out of state investment makes sense to us new investors in CA. I felt KC has some good turnkey opportunities. Just try searching BP forms for it and you would get lot of information. But always proceed with caution and do your research before you lock on on to something. Best of luck.

Thanks! I've actually been looking into some turnkey opportunities in KC. I'm still debating that vs doing a BRRR. Doing a rehab from out of state seems very intimidating at this point.
