My rental property has sprinklers in the yard yet tenant will be responsible for paying for water.  I'm looking for suggestions, guidance; how do I word this in a lease agreement?

I self manage a couple of residential properties on Oahu and am looking for a new lease agreement generator (Avail, for example) and wondering if I should have an attorney review the lease agreement?

Hi @Petra Handrigan.  I'm curious how Avail resolved your issue and what went wrong? I was thinking about using them for my rentals going forward.

@Kelly Custer I've been on the fence with Anderson Business Advisors for a few years now. I'm curious to know if you have any positive/negative updates, and if you found a more reasonable asset protection company to use?
