I recently found a sample letter that is pretty good. I'm getting ready to send them out so I don't have any results to tell you about though. If you want it email me.
But postcards are really a better way, they cost less to send, no licking countless envelopes and they are immediately read.

I recently found the place to search for forelosure notices on the county website. My problem is, I don't know where to find the default amount due on the loan. The court notice gives me the address and the owners names but is there way to findout the amount due before the property goes up for auction?
