I echo Brad's commentary, I am a lawyer turned full time real estate investor and primarily focus on wholsale deals. Wholesale real estate investing can be lucrative once you have a system and team  in place.

I echo Phil's remarks a good wholsaler prefers "cash buyers " that can move expeditiously and close quickly, "30" days or less.

Good afternoon, Are there any experienced rehabbers or developers doing multiple deals in the Mid Atlantic region? I especially would like to hear from Bigger Pockets members doing deals in Pa or South Jersey. Can you share your experience and/or challenges  on getting deals done in this area.
