I have a 4 property portfolio property consisting of a bed and breakfast and 3 homes which have been vacation rentals. It’s located on a quaint island in Chesapeake Bay. I need to sell due to son’s health issues. It is profitable and has a ton more potential but I have no idea how to get the buyers I need to even see it. I would love help on where to start??? Need good advice please!

I would recommend looking at RTA cabinets with new laminate cabinets which would likely run around $1500. Painting would run you less but is a lot of labor. Sweat equity will save you a ton! Good luck!

We are selling our bed and breakfast business complete and turn key with wedding items. The turn key property is on a tiny island in the Chesapeake Bay in Maryland called Smith Island. We have four properties in the portfolio. It is assessable only via boat. Or ferry which runs daily. We have been quite successful hosting Murder Mystery Weekends as well. We have a disabled son and can’t maintain full-time residence there so that’s why we’re selling. Please check out our website www.smithislandinn.com and reach out if interested.
