I just finished his book. Haven’t taken his course. Working on getting my first deal now. Willing to chat more over the phone or Zoom if you’re interested.

 Hi Alton!

How is the slow flip method working out for you?  Would you share an update on your first deal?  Did the book provide enough information to get started such as contracts, tax liability information?

Quote from @Jassem A.:

I am doing it

I'm just starting to research this method and would love to know more!  Did you get the contract you use when selling the house on terms from the course/book or another source?  Do you know what tax liability this method creates?  Thank you!

Re-igniting this thread - am looking for a CPA in Oklahoma that is good with or specializes in real estate as well. I just had mine konk out on me before the start of this new tax season. Any help would be appreciated!! Happy holidays!

 Hi Evan,

I can highly recommend Jeff Nash and his firm Nashional Tax Planning out of McKinney, Texas.  I found him through Bigger Pockets.  He is very knowledgeable!

Hello everyone.  I've been acting as a wholesaler in Philly, but in about 6 months i am relocating to tulsa OK.  I want to be able to maintain my business in both markets.  With that being said, where should I be looking?  I've been considering operating in tulsa, broken arrow, and OKC.  Am i missing a market?  Are these areas profitable?

 Hi William,

I'm an investor in Eastern Oklahoma and have been wanting to network with wholesalers in Oklahoma.  Reach out and maybe we can connect soon!

I work with a ton of wholesalers in the OKC metro. The good ones are few and far between. Typically, the good ones will make you very happy. I'd love to chat about certain wholesalers and the new wholesale law here in Oklahoma!

 Hi Maverick!

I live in Oklahoma and have been investing in Southeastern Oklahoma for 20+ years as a buy and hold investor.  I discovered Bigger Pockets and have been emersed in the forums.  I would love to get your take on wholesale law and any wholesalers you might recommend.

Thank you!

It's so hard to find people that are actually doing this...

Did you start?

I would be happy to introduce you to people who are actively doing this.

Hi Daniel,

I would like to learn more about this method and connect with other investors if you could point me in the right direction.

Thank you!

Hey Michele, We have been doing some DSCR refinances in Arkansas and have a good few borrowers located there. We can reach out to them and see if they don't mind sending us any leads they are looking to take down themselves. Would that help?

Yes!  That would be great!  My specific buy box is a small acreage that borders or very close to National Forest and ATV/Jeep trails with  accessible utilities.  Prefer a house or cabin with some room to value add with cosmetic repairs.  Prefer less than $100-150k but willing to pay more for the right property.

Hi all!  I'm an investor/buyer hoping to connect with a wholesaler for land/cabin in Arkansas north of I-40 between Ozark, AR and Conway, AR that borders the National Forest.  Can anyone point me in the right direction?  Thank you!

We own two lake homes that are currently being used for STR. One is lake front and the other is lake view with easy walking access to the lake. Both have great swimming beaches on a large lake. The lake front home is rented almost twice as often (especially in the fall and winter months) as the lake view home. Many of our guests told us they specifically searched for a lake front home on a large lake that allows boating. Good luck!

I purchased 2.35 acres of lake front property with over 950' of beach shoreline. There is an older home that I completely remodeled and currently using for a short term rental. The property could easily be divided into 8 (4 lake front and 4 lake view) separate lots. My original plan was to build single family homes and use for short term rentals. I would like some advice about moving forward with the plan for STR with a back up plan to build and sell, change to a small multifamily model, or another option. There are no restrictions or zoning issues on the property since it's not located in city limits but it is surrounded with single family homes.
