@Robert Beardsley you definitely need a team that know the area and can advise well (just crossing the street can make a difference)...L/A can also be iffy with tenant so surely risky. I rely on my team a lot there, but higher risk compared to south portland for sure. Lower barrier to entry from a price point. How’s south portland cash flow?
