Hello guys, I have just opened my office. I am looking to hire agents now. What kind of traits and personality should I look for a prospective future agent?

How should I approach the hiring process? What kind of questions are important? How do I know the potential agent is committed to becoming the best in their field? Share some of the experience, please. Thank you.
