Post: Absentee list questions

@Laura Alamery and @Aaron K.

So just to be clear if I download a list on say List Source of in-county and out-of-county absentee owners the addresses will be to the actual owners?

Is there a way to make sure when I'm sending postcards or letters that they know I'm interested in buying the home they own but don't live in?  I know there are mailing services that can send the postcards/letters for you but will they make it clear which property address I'm interested in buying?  Do you happen to have any sites you use to send postcards/letters?

I appreciate any help!

I've been watching videos on how to wholesale and I was wondering if anyone can answer just a couple of questions.

1 - When sending postcards or letters to in-county and out-of-county absentee owners are the postcards/letters going to an address where no one is currently living? If they're an absentee owner it would seem that they're living in their own house and the mail is going to a property that they own but don't live in which would mean no one is reading the mail or it could be a while before someone reads it.

2 - Is there any legal recourse I would face if I get a house under contract but can't find a buyer by the time the contract expires?
