I would like to link up with some contractors here in Kansas City to bounce ideas back and forth.

I have an owner of a mobile home that would like to sell. Do investors buy mobile homes or is it a waist of time?

I am currently trying to decide whether or not to display yard signs in San Antonio. I was wondering if this is legal or are there any restrictions I should be aware of. For example, is there anywhere that is illegal to place them?

@Isaac Johnson Hey Isaac, that is the plan. I have been watching videos, reading and listening to podcasts and this seems to be exactly what I am looking for. Wholesale is where I will start. Have you heard of a software called REIPro? What do you think about it?
