I guess this would make most sense for flippers, but how much (if at all) does adding smart home devices improve property value?

@William Lees it was a 401k I rolled into a normal IRA after I left my old job. I found out that I was able to use my IRA to pay for the down payment as a FTHB. If you have a ROTH IRA, I believe it must be open for a minimum of 5 years before being penalty free

@Geoffrey Klein if it is taken out for a first time home buyer, it can be used penalty free. Sorry, I should have mentioned!
