(50 Mile radius of Atlanta)  

I am looking for Buyers within a 50 Mile radius of Atlanta. We have weekly single family contracts to assign and simply looking for more buyers to scale our operation. Our target property is as follows:

1,000 sqft

1965-present

ARV under $360,000

Cities

North: (Winder, Braselton, Auburn, Lawrenceville)

South: (Dallas, Hiram, Powder Springs, Hampton, Covington)

I have 3 properties at the moment with the 4th under contract. They are all long term rentals and looking to make a true system for property management. Have you used RentRedi or Zillow to list properties and screen tenants? Pros and Cons? Other Suggestions?
