Are you referring to all utilities on one meter? submetetering?

Hey Kim,

Either. I understand that all utilities on one meter is a pain. Submetering (if passthrough billing is implemented) is also annoying - as well as if you have to transfer utilities to your tenant and back routinely.

Was wondering - how large is this pain point? Have you considered utilities management services? If not, why not? If so, what's your experience been like?

Hey everyone - I'm trying to learn more about the challenges of utilities management for landlords. Does anyone have any pain points / challenges that they'd love to share?

For context, I'm currently doing research on property management software, and was hoping to learn more about the challenges that landlords face.

Am a software engineer so I don't think developing would be an issue!

Would love to hear any suggestions that anyone might have.

Hey everyone,

I was recently doing some research into property management software, and was hoping to learn from the community here.

What property management software you guys are using, and how much are you paying for it?

What are the key features that I should look out for when getting property management software?

Are there any big painpoints with the software that you're using (and the company that you are getting it from)?

If you could customize the software that you are using, what would you like implemented?

PS - I'm looking at building one myself, so happy to let any of y'all use it (at no cost) if you would like to chat.
