i'm a Wholesaler i am looking for homes with a ARV of at $100k or better
and they need to be in Renovation stages Note: I can provide proof of funds if need to

Note: i also find buyers for properties and charge a 3% commission fee for finding a serious buyer and the deal has to be a signed contract between the buyer and seller

Yes i'm interested what location are the properties and are they motivated to sell fast
the ARV needs to starting at at $100 upwards of $350k but yes I'm ready,  i can provide proof of finds if nessesary

Are you a Cash buyer or Wholesaler like my self I do have a couple cash buyers just need some properties under Contract to submit to them
